📢 CALL FOR PHD CANDIDATE (DOCTORAL POSITION)

The ENVIROBINHLAB Research Group, led by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Thanh Binh at the Industrial University of Ho Chi Minh City (IUH) is seeking a PhD candidate.

Research focus: Natural resources, environment, land management, circular agriculture, and net-zero rice production in the Mekong Delta. The project aims to develop a bio-circular economy model for paddy rice systems in the Mekong Delta to reduce greenhouse gas emissions toward net-zero; improve the efficiency of land and water resource use; ensure food security; and promote sustainable agriculture under climate change conditions. This is a highly interdisciplinary project integrating soil science - soil biology - modeling - resource management, with strong potential for international publications and direct contributions to Vietnam’s green agriculture strategy and net-zero commitment.
